Per California corporate law, the new officers (president, secretary, treasurer, and security and ECC directors, etc.) are voted in solely by the new board of directors. There will be a special board meeting on Wednesday, August 19, at 6 pm at the Chalet. The new officers will be elected and announced at that meeting. The meeting is an open meeting, so all members may attend.
